8 month old hates having his hair washed

[Stillmonday]

He's always loved bath time and hair washing was No problem at all up until this week. Now He screams and shoved himself up and down trying to escape.
He has a full head of hair and we need to wash it as he often has food in it.

Help?!

Just carry on doing it & remain as calm as possible. All my dc have gone through this phase & it did pass eventually. I always had a flannel handy to wipe their faces clear of excess water quickly which did seem to to help.

Going through the same thing with a 9 month old here. I think it’s known as the water wobbles, it’s a manifestation of separation anxiety. I keep meaning to get in the bath with my DD.
