It's not a huge deal. 15p difference. The only thing is I've been sent a feedback survey and I don't know what to do. He wasn't friendly like previous drivers, seemed to be in a mood. No problem, we all have bad days, but with the bag thing too should I give good feedback? I don't want him to get into trouble at work but I hate lying and I don't think the service was the usually excellent standard I've experienced. I think I'll ignore the survey.
