Could be David Hamilton. Very popular in the 1970s early 80s. Now considered unacceptable - his style was blurry shots of very young partiality clothed/ naked women.

It's a screenshot from a TV show apartment so it could be anything really. That's really the best I can do. I think the walls are olive-y green.

I’m thinking Jack Ventriano. The most famous ones you see of his are the couple dancing in the rain with the butler holding a brolly and his Sslt Lake flats racer stuff but he also did some more explicit stuff that was painted darker if I remember rightly

What is the tv show? Many don’t use “real” pictures and paintings due to copyright costs
