I live in a housing association house and when I moved in the fence which backs on to a field was badly damaged. I repaired the best I could but since I've lived here I've had so many burglaries. I believe they are getting in through this fence.
The HA are refusing to replace the fence and say it's my responsibility. Does this sound right?
Also this is a bit of a silly question but is it possible something other than a human could take off a fence panel? Like a fox or dog etc?
