I'm going on holiday next week. What have I forgotten to do?

I know everyone gets this feeling but it's making me super anxious now so thought I'd ask here just to make sure I've everything done. I'm not usually this unprepared but have had my Mums funeral this month and my head is all over the place. I'm not even packed yet!! So far I have.....

Insurance sorted/printed
European health cards packed with passports
Passport dates checked
Taxi booked
Airport parking booked.
Bought suncreams.
Checked in online for the flights. Need to print those out.

What am I forgetting that absolutely needs done?

Eldest is staying home so will get any packages/post. Need to make sure electricity/heating etc is topped up though!

Packing isn't done yet which is probably why I'm so stressed at this point. Hopefully will get that started today.

Does dd have a list of people to call if something goes wrong. Ie she needs a plumber? Has she got a copy of your flight details , passport numbers, where you are staying and insurance. Do you need to have food in for her or will she take care of herself. Will she take care of pets if you have any and water plants.
Sounds like everything else is covered. Packing a week in advance is being very organised. I pack on the day I leave

i wash stuff the week before, i pack the day before.

Aebj.....good thinking, we live within walking distance of family members but will leave numbers for things we hadn't thought of like in your post.

I am usually packed weeks in advance, mostly out of excitement but this time I'm just a bit flat so need a kick up the bum to get moving.

Being on MN probably isn't the best use of my time but here I am!
