Covent Garden - lunch with kids

We will arrive off the train about 11 and have about 2 hours (near Christmas)

Other thank McDonald's is there anywhere to have lunch without booking or huge queues suitable for two dcs. We would be happy with something like pancakes / soup at that time or something more filling pasta/ pizza.

Thank You

I took my children to Maxwell's during the summer holidays. The meals were very reasonably priced.

Franco Manca in Maiden Lane for pizza.

There’s a little pancake place on the ground floor- does savoury and sweet pancakes- my kids LOVED it... maxwells is decent too but not as much fun for them

I think theres a pizza hut if you want fast food.

Din Tai Fung is great for kids. Lots of non-spicy options and fast. You get to chose from a picture menu which the kids love.

Wahaca, chandos place, was very good last week - recommended if dc's are OK with mexican - just pick a mixed selection or specifics.

Honest burger. It was amazing. Best burger I've had by a country mile.

We always get the kids pasta at Jamie's Italian on Upper St Martin's Lane (if it's still open - I know a bunch of them closed down recently). Corporate but reliable.
