Refund but I've changed card on my account

Just a quick one. I've just had an email from ocado about a product recall and they've said they'll be processing a full refund. However since I purchased the products in question I've switched cards on my account. Will it automatically go on the card I purchased on or my current card?

I think it will bounce back into their account because your card details have changed. (When I tried to transfer my SIL some money accidentally with her old card details, the money came back into my account after a couple of days) It may be worth emailing them to let them know you now have a new card, just to make sure.

Does Ocado have your new card? Even if the refund goes to your old one, your bank will have a process to either route it to your account or return it to Ocado.

It will still go back into the account. I've processed thousands of refunds, so I'm certain you've got nothing to worry about.

It will go back onto the account; I had this recently and it went through fine, came back no problems

Fab. Thanks so much. If it's not in my account after 10 days I'll drop them an email. Smile

Give it ten working days, OP. That's the maximum time any transaction will take to process.

It typically takes three to five though, so you should see it by Friday.

Thanks @Karkasaurus Smile

This happened to me once, I got a refund from Made about a year after I purchased the item (it was faulty). The card I paid with had expired and I since had a new card, but it still went in to my account fine.
