Is there a phone number on which I can talk to an actual human being? I realise they wouldn't be open today anyway, but am planning to call tomorrow. I rang a number yesterday but there was no option to speak to anyone at all, just instructions to do a 'live chat' thing.
Awaiting delivery of a parcel and it says it's been delivered, and the signature isn't even a signature - just something that looks like "sure I delivered this parcel"!
I keep meaning to ask online sellers if they use Hermes - they are so shit.
