Renewed our tax credits en of June, all information they had was correct and no changes were made so it was fairly straightforward. Did the same the year before and received our new award notice fairly quickly.
I've just logged on to the government gateway website and can see the message saying they had received my renewal and it should be processed by 30th November.
Is anyone else still waiting? I can't remember it ever taking so long and everytime I have reported a change I've had a letter in the next few days.
Just wondering if I should call them to find out if there's anything I need to do?
