Can anyone interpret these urine test results for me? Please!

UTI test. Due to sort of weird pain at end of urination but no other symptoms eg burning.
Nitriles- negative
Leukocytes- negative
Blood - 10uL

Any ideas?? Could this still be a uti without the normal signs of infection eg nitriles

Could be bladder trauma. Have you been constipated.

Are you at tail end of period?

No where near period :(

That would be considered clear of infection in my area (district nursing) not sure on the blood though
