So. There was this little bugger on my ceiling- well actually there were two but one was minding his own business. He kept running back and forth over my head and missing his footing. Not impressed I tried to catch him. Missed and he fell. 20 mins later he was back. Tried to catch him again and he fell.

So I was reading the Brexit forum and waiting for him to come back. Rolled over and moved pillow slightly to look for him. Fuuuuuck. He called in the cavalry. The most friggin massive black bugger inches from my nose. I about died.

The big bugger was probably the reason for the frantic scuttling of the smaller spider, he was probably hoping that you’d move him before he was supper.

OR he was a male (they're often smaller) and it was his missus you came face to face with. Just think, if he managed to DTD before she ate him you might have a bedroom full of cute little baby spiders in a month or two...

Shudder

The little guy deffo wasn't the big ones mate. He was bleeding teeny.

The minding his own business guy decided to mind his own business over my damn head for three hours after that. And the twitchy little bugger came back.

Guess who got no sleep last night? Sad

I once threw the duvet back in the morning to find a spider just happily sitting on my tummy. I’m very glad no one was there to witness the leap out of bed and horrified wriggling dance I did to get it off me Grin

I used to love little baby spidies until I got bitten by one last winter. Fuck me, it felt like a blow-torch on my leg Shock
