Can anyone recommend a pillow that stays cool all night?

I wake up regularly turning my pillow over and can't afford to waste money on trying different things. I have a pillow that has a gel pad, put it doesn't last very long and gets warm.

The "Stay Cool" range of pillows and mattress protectors at m&s is really good, I've found.

I've got a wool one made by Baavet, it's not as hot as a polyester one.
