My contract runs out in November and I've spoken to them today and been advised that I can't upgrade until then without paying for a fee of £190. I've even offered to pay for my monthly bill until then, but they won't do it without the fee. However advertised is upgrade any time on their website etc, just call us and we'll help. I'm happy to stay with vodafone but want a new phone. Any ideas, or am I just stuck with it until November?
