Eggs were in the freezer - okay or not?

We had a delivery earlier today and in the midst of a hectic day, DP put a bag with frozen food in the freezer. Weve just realised there were also a dozen eggs in the bag. They've been in there about 2-3 hours. Any they okay to eat or do they need to be thrown? Seems wasteful Confused

Check if any have cracked. If they have either defrost and use immediately or discard

2 hours is early days. Get them out and test one.

They won't be dangerous unless they've cracked, in which case they'll need using straight away, omelettes all round today, just keep in the fridge until ready to cook.

However if they've started to go solid, they might no longer be suitable for something like fried eggs, but you've nothing to lose by giving it a go.
