Ds is 18. We have a deal that he sends me a message when he gets to wherever he’s going to spend the night- i’m usually asleep but it’s nice to see it in the morning.
Last night the message was that he had bailed early from the party and he was “cuddled up in bed with X drinking tea and watching telly”

He might have let me keep my illusions a little longer- he’ll be saying he doesn’t believe in Father Christmas next!

Disclaimer. Yes, we have had lots of talks over the years about consent and safe sex. Yes, I know they’ve been sleeping together for ages. And yes, he knows I know.Grin

My moment came when I went to hold DS2's hand to cross the road. He pointed out that he was nearly 30 and had his own DS in a sling!
