What’s the name of the children’s show

With a girl with pink hair and a man (maybe a baddie) dressed in blue with a straight moustache. It’s not animated and I think it could be American? I want to call it smalltown or smallworld.. it’s driving me mad!

Various other friends, only name that's springing back to mind is Pixel

I used to love watching Lazytown with my children when they were younger.

This has just reminded me that it's been a year since the actor who played Robbie Rotten sadly passed away.

Oh, and it's not from the US, it's Icelandic
