Creepy person outside my house?

Okay bit of a scary one for me this..

This situation has been going on for nearly 3 months now and it all began what we thought was a dodgy boiler lol. We kept hearing knocking noises (like somebody is knocking the window by accident) and for a few months we always put it down to the new boiler. It always happens at odd times through out the night. It wasn't particularly bothering us so we never really did anything about it, just left it.
Skip forward a month, basically I have a bush in my front garden just outside my living room window, i only noticed as i looked out the window as i was cleaning it, but the bush had a major dent in it like a person had been hiding behind it (hard to describe). I thought maybe the little kids next door has been messing around, or somethin but mmeh, i kinda ignored it still. As a few weeks went on i kept looking at it and i noticed the dent kept changing shape, i took pictures on my camera (which im trying to upload) and realized im not going crazy, the bush dent does keeps changing, like someone is hiding between my window and the bush regularly
Now fast forward to today, i haven't noticed the bush changing shape particularly, but i saw finger marks on the window where the bush is, this morning. Bloody weird, and now im creeped out.
My dog has always barked at petty noises outside, but now when i think about it.. he has been worse the past few months, and i know this because all my search history online has been 'how to stop your dark barking so much' ! His bark has been almost threatening like hes growling too.
I could be completing losing the plot and looking into this too deeply.. or this could genuinely be something odd? I have cameras up but theyre a bit crap and dont really show the bush/window. I am kind of venting as im worried lol. Any thoughts?

Chop the bush down, then there's nowhere a creepy person could hide.

I would get another camera and make sure it's focused on that area. I would also make sure the area is well lit at night.

You have a bush. The rest is all speculation and your wild imagination.

I think I'd just get rid of the bush completely. Failing that I'd install a camera which will cover it and give good clear footage of it

Cameras, dog poop, itching powder, booby traps of all sorts.

Mmm yeah imma get proper cameras put up. Just odd as the bush is crammed in a corner, not anywhere open to accidentally fall into. And there is no reason for finger marks from the outside on the middle of the window.

Next time the dog barks like that let the dog out, and let the dog find them

The answer is to go out and look when the dog next barks.
