How can I get rid of a bruise pretty quickly?!

Smacked my head getting out of a car last night and am now sporting the beginning of what looks to be potentially, a magnificent bruise across my forehead

Any way I can get rid?! It’s NOT a good look!

Arnica cream helps

An ice pack immediately after you'd done it might have helped but I don't think there's much you can do now.

Damn, thought as much! It currently looks like I’ve got a giant dirty smear across my head which isn’t great!

I’ll give arnica cream a whirl just in case!

I think Arnica cream brings the bruise to the surface so makes it look worse before it goes.... perhaps best to leave well alone and style it out!

Damage is done now. IME Arnica tablets “bring out” the bruising but I am not sure if this means that it heals quicker.

Arnica is amazing, it fades bruises much faster.
