Doing some baking for friends kids on Friday who are dairy free-have a lovely lemon drizzle cake which works fine with vegan spread, but want to make some chocolate or vanilla cupcakes to take too. Is there any spread that tastes better than others? Normally I’d use lurpak spreadable or similar but obviously that’s out
