Wrap them loosely in foil?

BeanBag7 · 27/08/2019 14:56

I never have but I dont see why you couldnt. Usually, if you can grill something, you can bbq it. Does your BBQ have a griddle plate or similar, or are you using a disposable?
If disposable I would put down foil or turn them regularly so they dont stick.

My dad tried to, on a disposable bbq on the beach when I was young. Even the seagulls wouldn't eat them 😂😂

I do fish cakes all the time. Put a little bit of foil under them to start with before they cook a bit to stop them falling through the gaps iyswim.

Needs to be on foil or they will stick, otherwise fine.

Have you got a camping stove as well as a BBQ? You could fry them instead.
