What’s your after school routine if you have a five year old ?

Walk home, snack, homework, changed into play clothes, free play, dinner, wash, screen time, book and bed for 7.30pm.

Home, snack, reading, play / tv, bath, story, bed.

Home, snack, reading, tricky words, screen time, play time, dinner, bath, bed and story ..... 7:30pm

My children always want to go out after shool rather than return home. So we go to the park or beach, perhaps have a snack, and then home for dinner at 6. No bath or reading... Play then screen time. Bed time at 8.30 or 9 as we wait for daddy to get back from work.
