Mine is so bad this last few days.
It completely disappeared when I got pregnant with my oldest and now my youngest is 1 it is back with a vengeance.

Anyone else? How do you manage it? Is it worth a visit to the GP? Last time they gave me colpermil which I can just go and buy.

One of my big triggers is mint... if I eat a few mints I can guarantee an attack the next day.

Mint or sweetener? Because mint (oil, leaves or tea) are fantastic for mine. Mints as in breath mints are pure death!

Actual mint sadly. I can have a few but anymore than that and I'm done. Sweeteners don't have much effect....

Me and my dh have starting seeing a medical Dowser over Skype. We’ve had two sessions and are both feeling quite a bit better.

One of the first things we did was go strictly gluten and lactose free. That’s all cereals and all dairy. It’s a pain in the bum bum when eating out but I want my life back.

I’m two months into the diet and I’m feeling a lot better.

We had to take the herb goldenseal , it’s a tincture, 12 drops in water before breakfast and evening meal. It can be quite hard on the system at first. We did that for 3 weeks.

Alongside that we take from biocare vitasorb b and Zinc ascorbate with vit c.
This is because the gluten affects the seratonin production which makes you feel down...that was certainly true

Now if you aren’t into homeopathy...look away

For Anyone else..He dowsed what pathogens I had.
After three weeks on the first plan I came back for my second session and because of the lack of gluten and lack of it causing inflammation some of the pathogens had been killed off.
However , I still had c diff in my small and large intestine which can cause a lot of bloating. My major symptom.

Because I was starting to feel a bit better I booked a holiday to s Wales and then Dorset for a week to see friends and family. I haven’t dared do this all year because I’ve literally felt like I was dying. I’m the only driver and it’s a good six hours drive from where we live to Cardiff

Anyway we had our second session on the day we left. He’s going to send my treatments to my cousin. However, as I still had c diff I thought I’d cheat and make my own pills on my remedy maker. I can’t believe how much better I’m Feeling .
We are going out between 11 and 1 and getting back somewhere between 11 and midnight.
This has been unheard of ..to be on the go all this time. Full on days with no let up in this heat. Out for meals every night. Driving all round Cardiff. Can’t believe it.

We also have to take the herbs Pau darco and red clover...hopefully they will have arrived at my cousins today along with the other treatments

The medical Dowser has been gluten and dairy free for 27 years after being a sufferer himself.

We still aren’t out of the woods yet..but to have come this far is amazing. I’ve packed more into these 5 days than I have done in a month. We were sat outside at cosmeston lakes for hours in 30 degree full on heat on Saturday and I was fine.
My dh says he’s feeling much better.
More energy. Less bloated.

Sorry it’s so long but didn’t want to only tell half a story.

You can easily muscle test to see if you are intolerant to a substance
Hold out your strongest arm. Get a friend or relative to press down and meet their pressure
That’s your baseline
Then hold what you suspect you are intolerant to on your stomach
If you aren’t intolerant you will be able to meet their pressure. If you are your arm will just go weak and fall down

I demonstrated this on a young , fit guy with milk. His arm fell down like a babies with the milk on his stomach

If it goes down a little bit. It might be they can eat the substance every other day, or once a week etc

It’s called health kiniesiology . My doctor used it all the time
