I was going to ask this on here - but a quick Google threw up lots of answers

There's some interesting experiments here. Size of bottle, type of wine, what about beer etc....

Stick it in the freezer for half an hour

Wrap it in wet paper towel and put in fridge.

Put one of those frozen collars on the bottle and stick in the fridge for 15 minutes. For parties/barbecues put a bag of ice and cold water in a bucket and stick bottles in there. Saves filling your fridge with booze and the door being opened every five minutes.

i have no shame and just add ice and drink it quickly before it turns in to a weak wattery mess.
