Put it in ice, add water, then add salt
Put it in horizontally
Best one - pour into plastic bags and then put in ice water. Or a fridge.
What's your best tip for quick cooling? How long does it take?
There's some interesting experiments here. Size of bottle, type of wine, what about beer etc....
