My husband moved jobs 3 1/2 years ago to a new sector. He has worked hard over the last 3 years training and working to establish himself. He really loves the job but it is the sort of job that you can be managed out of if you are underperforming. Yesterday he found out that he is been promoted, this comes with a decent pay rise, more job security and better benefits. But we cant tell anyone until it is announced next week. I have to see family today and I am dying to tell them so I just though I would get it out to someone so thanks for reading.
I am just so pleased that we now have more disposable cash, and he will no longer have to do the long working hours some months.
