Cost of patio doors?

We are thinking about replacing our patio doors, but I've no idea of the cost.
Has anyone had new patio doors fitted recently ? I could do with knowing roughly how much we need to save up to get them replaced.

It depends where you are and what kind of doors you want. I'm in West Yorkshire and my neighbour just had the basic sliding doors installed and it cost them £1600 for everything.

I'm in Cornwall. We have sliding at the moment - not sure if we'd have similar again or just double opening doors.
Just wanted a rough idea of how many thousand pounds it would be so I can start saving.
