Any MNetters familiar with the Languedoc region?

We are staying near Lodève at the moment and myself and DD (age 9) would like to go horse riding, but I’m struggling to work out where we can do this.

Happy to drive for up to an hour or so, and we are both experienced riders, so would like to go for a proper ride rather than a plod about. I’d like to go somewhere where the horses are well looked after, and if they can speak some English that would be great as my French isn’t brilliant (although that’s less important).

Any recommendations would be great :)

I think just go to your nearest Office de Tourisme where they will generally speak English, and ask their advice.
