DD 6 and DS 8. My mind has gone totally blank on all those films I'be had pop into my head in the past as ones I have to watch with them- together or separately. What are your must watch films? Need inspiration/memory jog!
Thanks!

Old ones are the best.

The Great Escape with Steve McQueen. Although it may be too much for your 6 year old.

We love the Truman show.

Legomad has beaten me to it with The Hunt for the Wilderpeople, but can I second that? It's such a great film.
Also Home Alone 1 and 2 - they're the perfect sort of age for them and however many times I see those films, they still make me laugh like a fool.

Normandeeside · 21/08/2019 21:49

Hoodwinked
Calamity Jane
Shrek
Megamind

Mentioned by a PP, Homeward Bound. Such a lovely film, if you don't mind crying at the end!

Howaboutthisone · 22/08/2019 17:44

Just watched Princess Bride with DD and we enjoyed it thanks!

They tend to prefer a happy ending but can cope with some tears during.
