Does anyone know the New Wimbledon theatre?

I'm looking to book tickets row S in the stalls but it says "the overhang from the Dress Circle May restrict your view"

Anyone know exactly what this means please?

It means that you're sitting towards the back, and there's a roof above you. So as you look towards the very top of the set you might not be able to see everything because you'll just see roof instead.

You'll be able to see the people and standard height things. But if there's any flying (eg Peter Pan) and similar height things you might not be able to see.
