What is on my dogs leg

Hi please please can you help me...

My dog has this on his leg what is it???

My vets are closed

It looks like it could be a lick granuloma- has he been licking/chewing at that area a lot?

If you google lick granuloma you’ll find lots of pictures and info on how to treat and possible causes.

It’s not an urgent vet visit today but I’d take him in early next week to get it looked at to make sure it’s not infected.
