Days out with teenage children

Hit me with suggestions please! DS is 12 and DD 15. I'm struggling with places to go that don't cost a fortune but will entertain them both (&me).

I don't think it's expensive so I'd say yeah probably.

I don't know how well you know Liverpool but you could wander over to the World Museum afterwards or Liverpool One for shopping or go up Bold St.

Have a look at the Western Approaches museum too. My two like it but I'm not sure if your daughter would be interested if she doesn't like history.
