Do you ever feel intimidated by well put together MC mums?

Just wondering if it is just me? I can remember in the past avoiding baby groups because the mums were all middle class with nice clothes.

MN mums or MC mums Grin?

jennymanara · 16/08/2019 15:33

Typo that I have reported to MN. MC mums.

My baby is 12 w/o so I’ve only been to a few, but no, not intimidated by well put-together mums, possibly because I used to be well put together pre-baby Grin

I am intimidated by mums of toddlers/several children who look very much like they know what they are doing. I have a bit of an impostor syndrome as a first time mum

Not at all.

I'm a young working class single mum and I'm not fazed by anyone else. I'm happy and self assured enough with myself. My class status doesn't make me any less of a person!

Sometimes, even though I'm MC and (I think) well put together. I'm just a bit shy in a big group - regardless of class.

Hedgehogblues · 16/08/2019 16:42

Fuck no, I'm doing my best, that's good enough for me.
