Cannabis for PMT and period pain

I posted this firstly in women’s health but it seemed a bit tumbleweedy over there....

Has anyone got any experience (other than Queen Victoria) using it for women’s health issues.

I’ve approached the gp for extreme PMT a number of times and haven’t had any success.
I’m due on and have started taking cannabis oil in small doses as long as I know I’m not driving and besides feeling a little stoned (it’s very mild) I’m not sure if it’s a placebo effect but I think I’m managing my PMT A little better.

Does anyone else use it? And does anyone have any other unorthodox but successful remedies?

Cbd oil won't make you stoned but will help with pain.

It’s a sort of homemade oil by a hippy mate. The CBD and THC are helping I think, or is it a placebo effect. I’m not sure.

You may be best buying cbd oil so you know what strength it is, may be better relief than your friends?

I’ll give it a whirl too. Post children PMT is becoming worse than the actual period pain. I wouldn’t usually be reaching for soft drugs!

Wrong forum for genuine thc oil queries OP. Try the tokeativity.com for a female perspective on cannabis.

Thankyou. I’m a bit out of the loop with all this. Haven’t smoked any since uni so not really my scene but finding it useful re: mentrual problems.

I wouldn’t bother.

Try chocolate for pmt instead and paracetamols for pain.

If I was feeling it that badly, I'd be asking to be checked for cysts or endo. I have endometriosis and nothing otc works

There's lots of cbd oil available to buy which contains no THC. I use it for depression and anxiety and it has worked better than any anti depressant I've ever taken.

Im with @MashedSpud. Take paracetamol and ibuprofen
