What to do for my 30th birthday

It's my 30th birthday coming up and I have no idea how to celebrate. I know I don't have to do anything but this will be the first birthday I've had a chance to actually celebrate since my 21st so would like to do something.

My first idea was Harry Potter World, but sadly it's all booked up for that weekend. I have a six year old and a 4 month old that I would like to bring so it's more a family day out than a birthday for me I guess.

Can anybody give me some suggestions?

If you really like Harry Potter, I'd strongly advise you go there child free so you can take your time marvelling over it all.

For my 30th I did a few smaller things with smaller groups of friends- eg meal out with my best friend and her partner, joint house party with 2 other friends, weekend away with my 2 school friends. It was so nice as it spread it out and I felt I got to properly catch up with each person. But I didn't have kids then, so would be different in that way.
