Meant to be up in 2.5 hours anyways - not worth it now is it?? I'm hypothyroid so usually knackered so I assume my levels are going a bit haywire for whatever reason. Got a 3 hour journey (colleague will be driving (so I'm hoping I can get some shut eye then), then an all day meeting to try and stay awake through. Anyone got any tips for staying awake tomorrow other than 25 espresso shots??
