Does anyone know about adult mental health services- specifically in West Yorkshire?

I won’t type the whole story if there isn’t anyone around- but I could do with some help.

I’ve had to deal with them regarding my dad, he has Alzheimer’s and so does my step mum. Unfortunately they failed badly with my dad, even though they were were of my stepmoms diagnosis, a member of the team saw fit to only make a telephone call to my sm instead of the arranged visit.
Their whole involvement was a farce

I complained. Dads GP complained

This was in West Yorkshire, three years ago, hopefully things have improved. Sorry for your problems
