Special family holiday for 3k

I'm getting married soon. We have 2 young children (2 and 6), so won't be going on a honeymoon. We would love to have a special family holiday next summer though, to make up for it.

We'd like to find something that will be easy in terms of flights and transfers, picturesque with beautiful beaches, and a family friendly hotel that offers decent all inclusive food.

We really want minimal hassle, and a beautiful place to explore - we have a budget of 3k.

Any suggestions?

Many thanks

We don’t fly but would love to go on a “Viking” cruise.

If it were me I would do a villa in Cyprus which is easily doable with your budget.

Turkey is doable on that budget. We’re in the same boat - planning wedding next year but won’t have a proper honeymoon due to other priorities atm. We will do maybe Florida, Mexico or something the following year.

We stayed at Lopesan Baobab in Gran Canaria for that price. Beautiful hotel and very family friendly. Great pools and cocktail bars. It's half board though not all inclusive.

We stayed at hotel best sabinal, Roquetas De Mar, Almeria. Lovely safe hotel for children, splash pool, right on the beach and 30 minute transfer from Almeria Airport. Food and drink on the all inclusive was the best. We went with jet2 and could not fault it.

Have a look at Mark Warner - their childcare is their big selling point. Will ensure you'll have opportunity for some special honeymoon time on your own

Lovely ideas everyone! Will get looking at the places you have suggested 😊

See what cruises you can get out of Southampton - they go down to the canaries for instance. Hassle free, can be ai or full board
