I am an early riser, but spend ages mindlessly browsing on the computer. Ideally, I would like to start the day with a workout but I am not sure that early morning exercise suits me. Still, I could spend 30 minutes meditating which I have never done and could really help with my stress levels. How can I be so lazy that I can't be arsed to break this damaging habit of mine???? Inevitably not only I end up wasting time, but also money!!!
