Can anyone recommend an affordable but decent action camera for 6yo ds?

Ds 6th birthday is coming up soon and he has been asking for a go-pro type camera for making action videos. He got a vtech kidizoom camera for Christmas and loves using it for pictures but the quality isn't the best so I'm reluctant to go for the kidizoom action cam. Can't afford a proper go-pro though 😂

Can someone recommend an affordable but decent in-between action camera?

We got an awesome one for DS who is 6. It’s basically a go pro but just not as good quality pics/ video. I’ll get a link in a sec.

It’s seriously good and has been well used. DS uses it to take action films when he’s out and stop motion. We’ve strapped it to scooters, his head when tree climbing, swings, for slides - all kinds of things and made cool little vids.

I've got this camera (for myself): www.amazon.co.uk/Victure-Actioncam-Waterproof-Underwater-Accessories-1080P/dp/B06XKZ6VH4/ref=sr_1_6?s=electronics&crid=T8MMF9H2P59K&keywords=victure+action+camera&sprefix=victure+a%2Celectronics%2C198&tag=mumsnetforu03-21&qid=1565297818&sr=1-6

I wanted it to film in/around/under the water, mainly for filming my kid, and for this personal use it's absolutely fine.
Obviously you can't expect awesome quality like from a GoPro that costs 10 times as much, but I'm happy with it.

I made this video with it:

And most of this:

Thanks for the recommendations, both are cheaper than the vtech action cam too! 👍
