Please help me find some rainbow trousers for ds

Ds wears size 5-6 clothes. He is desperate for some rainbow trousers by which I think he means colourful stripes. Can anyone help me find any that aren’t leggings. I have drawn a blank even when looking at pyjamas.

Good luck. Both my boys love all things rainbow and all I've ever found before was leggings. Fine when they're 3 - not so much when they're 5...

Aarrgghh , had the perfect option for you, but see now that they only make up to 3-4 size!

Make your own from striped fabric. Very easy to do.

Could you buy some rainbow ribbon and use that as piping on jeans or a pair of joggers??

Toby Tiger have some with rainbows and clouds on.

Little green radicals may do some? Or Jools Oliver range at Mothercare

Teddybear45 · 07/08/2019 15:33

You could transfer a rainbow pattern onto his existing trousers?

Deminism · 07/08/2019 15:34

I will check all those out. I think when he says rainbow he means all the colours of a rainbow rather than pictures of rainbows. I showed him some with piping and they didn’t cut the mustard.

Do you have a shop near you that stocks hippyish type clothing? Organic/fair trade type shops might be worth a look too.

Aridane · 07/08/2019 15:45

Deminism · 07/08/2019 15:46

Celebelly they are gorgeous!

Celebelly · 07/08/2019 16:17

I really wish they did some kids stuff in adult sizes! My DD lives in Blade and Rose or JoJo Maman Bebe leggings and some of the designs are amazing and I have serious clothes envy. Today it's dinosaurs!

TakeMeToYourLiar · 08/08/2019 06:38

DS has these which are brilliant

TakeMeToYourLiar · 08/08/2019 06:39

@Celebelly have you seen the frugi mama range? Sounds like it would be right up your street

Onatreebyariver · 08/08/2019 06:44

@Deminism size 5 is age 4-5 so hope they’re not too small. They look perfect!

Celebelly · 08/08/2019 06:45

Eek! Goodbye money

TakeMeToYourLiar · 08/08/2019 07:04

@Celebelly sorry! But they are gorgeous!
