Ideas for gift for 13yo into art and music

I am completely stumped on what to get the daughter of a very good friend who emigrated to Adelaide last year.

She will turn 13 next month. She's very into art, drawing, music and her Siamese cats!

Any ideas?

It will obviously need to be posted - and I'm very fond of her so would like something a bit more interesting than some new pencils.

Budget of around £20.

Have you had a look on not on the high street? They had some personalised bits like paintbrush rolls, sketchbook etc

Is there an online Australian source? That way you would save on international postage.

Find a photo of her cat and get it made into a mouse mat, phone case, cushion etc. You'd probably find somewhere reasonably priced online to do that or places like Snappy Snaps do it.
