Need to type up a handwritten list

25/26/28...Box - ??????

It’s probably miscellaneous Kitchen equipment but can anyone decipher what they’ve actually written?!

Thank you!!

I'm a teacher and can decipher most dodgy teenage handwriting but I can't make a word from that! Could they have misspelled 'spares'...

Bookworm4 · 03/08/2019 15:40

Is this person normally bad at spelling? Could it be their version of spices?

Tigerwhocamefortea · 03/08/2019 15:41

Saucers?

thetwinkles · 03/08/2019 15:41

I don't think it's and e more a badly written &?

Box - sp & aces ??

BadgerBadgerMushroom · 03/08/2019 15:42

Speakers, speeches,spaces?😳 It's tricky!

LizzieSiddal · 03/08/2019 15:42

Gosh that is confusing.

I wondered if 28 was meant to be “Scales” and an extra P was mistakingly added.

thetwinkles · 03/08/2019 15:42

So & ac & s ?

FadedRed · 03/08/2019 15:42

Saucers? To go with Box 27 cups.

Flashesofrage · 03/08/2019 15:43

100% this person definitely thinks whatever it is is spelled “speaces” 🤐

I’m going with @bookworm4 and “spices”

thetwinkles · 03/08/2019 15:44

No even I'm confusing myself with auto correct

Sp & ac & s

Tigerwhocamefortea · 03/08/2019 15:44

I think spices is the best guess so far.

Ellmau · 03/08/2019 15:45

It looks like speaces.

Maybe they mean spaces? As in a bx which is not full but has spaces in it?

Or saucers???

Spam88 · 03/08/2019 15:45

It definitely says 'speaces' 🤷‍♀️

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 03/08/2019 15:45

It’s baffling!

Definitely Not saucers...as far as I can work out its going to be kitchen utensils/blender/mixer/roasting tins etc but that doesn’t narrow it down!

Written by someone who didn’t have English as their first language, couple of other ? On the list but none as baffling as this!

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 03/08/2019 15:46

There was a box with spices in (amongst other food items) but no way 3 boxes!

Aquamarine1029 · 03/08/2019 15:46

What the hell is a speace?

AngelOfDeathNix · 03/08/2019 15:46

5 pences?

AngelOfDeathNix · 03/08/2019 15:47

Or 5 peaces instead of 5 pieces

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 03/08/2019 15:49

I did think 5 peaces/ Pieces but I don’t think they would’ve onl had 5 pieces in

OP posts:
CameraTime · 03/08/2019 15:51

Could it be a brand name of something? Possibly abbreviated?

RainOrSun · 03/08/2019 15:52

I'd be going with spices written phonetically with a strong accent. Was there other dried food, that could broadly be called spices??

RainOrSun · 03/08/2019 15:54

If your typing it, I'd go with SPEACES for all 3 boxes. It's an accurate transcription.........
Who needs the list (please dont say HMRC and your after a TOR number)?

wafflyversatile · 03/08/2019 15:56

5 pences?

BananaFace5 · 03/08/2019 15:57

Could it be someones name. I know someone with the surname Speaces. As in that box belongs to Speaces?

Timmytoo · 03/08/2019 15:57

It looks like it's meant to spell pieces but was mispelt as peaces.
8x pieces
5x pieces
3x pieces

I think is what it's meant to say
