Is there a good HIIT app you can recommend?

Can anyone recommend a HIIT app for beginners? Preferably a very short workout, something like seven to ten minutes (or less!) Thinking this might be the way forward with weight loss. I struggle to exercise intensely and can't do it for long due to health issues.

Thanks in advance.

I love Jillian Michaels. Her app's great. Lots of different workouts and you can choose the length and level of intensity. I think it's about £8 per month.

There are other good free ones though if you have a quick search.

It’s not an app but I have really got
Into joe wicks and he has loads of free videos on you tube, from very beginner right through to intense.

Do you have Netflix with Siri voice activation? Lots of Joe wicks HITT stuff available.

I do wish he would tie his blumming hair back though. Get a scrunchie Joe.

I use an app called Female Fitness. There are a few different options in it, most of the routines I've done have taken approx 15 mins.

Thanks for your replies will have a look at Joe Wicks, have heard of him but never paid any attention. I have Netflix but don't know if it has Siri, will check as I sit here eating chocolate
