Help me salvage this chicken pasta dish

I made this meal from an Annabel Karmel weaning book for one year old DS and he won't eat it. It's pretty basic chicken pasta in a white sauce with tarragon. DH and I have tried it, DH thinks it's too bland and I think the tarragon is too strong!

I tried adding some passata to a portion but it was very acidic.

I don't want to waste it - any other bright ideas on what I could do to make it more palatable for any one of us!

Cover it in cheese and grill it.

Add chopped up crispy bacon?

Add some cream (or cream cheese like Boursin), put into a dish, sprinkle on a little grated cheese and bake till hot & golden.

Pick out any large bits of tarragon, its revolting stuff.

I'd stir through a load of mature cheddar and crispy bacon bits, scatter more cheddar on top, and oven bake.
