Lush bath bombs, 2yrs old, good to use or gone off?

Cleaning out a messy corner of the house I found a bag of Lush bath bombs. Peering at the faded receipt it seems they were bought in 2017! Shock Will they still be ok to use or shall I dump them? They don't smell as strongly as when new but not terrible. They don't look any different externally. What do you think?

I’ve used some as old (if not older) than that and been fine. I was gifted some just before DC4 was born and she has been so bad I’ve only been in the shower not bath in 2 years. Love a bath bomb!

Have they been wrapped? If they've been exposed to lots of moisture and air then they will most likely sink when you put them in the bath (from experience of saving my favourite lush bath bombs for 2+ years only to be extremely disappointed when using them) but there's only one way to find out!!

Use it. Might not be particularly fizzy but it's not going to kill you.

I think the fragrances may evaporate over time but I doubt it will harm you.

Can't see why you'd worried unless you were planning to eat it!
