Hi just started running and need a good fitness bra. Usually head to M and S but would a sports brand be better for me?
Looking for your support! (Haha)

There a quite a few threads on thus in the Exercise topic, so you might want to be a browse there.

The three most recommended are:

  • Shock Absorber (but try on, lots of people, including me, find they do better a sister size. But the sizing is 'true' across the range once you know what size you are with them)
Panache - best underwired option by a long, long way
  • Enell, for larger cup sizes

What cup size are you?

A-B cup you are probably OK with M&S t
C-E cup go to a department store and get a branded make like Berlei Shock Absorber at the high impact grades
F cup and above you need to use a specialist retailer such as Boobydo and need something like Enell.

Thanks- I am a DD so I'll take your advice and go specialist. "Over the shoulder boulder holders"!required!
