Luxury family friendly hotel in UK

It's our 10 year anniversary coming up soon me and DH wanted to do something special. We have two young DC who will be with us. Going abroad at the minute has been abit too stressful. So we thought a nice luxury hotel in the UK would be easier. Obviously though would need it to be family friendly.

Willing to spend abit more than we normally would due to occasion. We were looking at the Four Seasons Hampshire but it was abit too expensive for us. As there is four of us it only gave us the option of a suite which was about £500 per night.

Would appreciate any recommendations. TIA

Dalhousie castle just outside Edinburgh does roll away beds for kids and is less than that

Chewton Glen in the New Forest.
The treehouses are gorgeous.

My friend with much more money than me loves White Cross Bay in Cornwall for family holidays. They go a few times a year. She has also been for short breaks to Another Place in the Lake District. Another Place is much closer for us.

Woolley Grange was nice, lots of space, dd loved the playroom.

Watergate Bay in Cornwall even. My friend makes it sound amazing. Not White Cross Bay (that's a cheaper place that me and my family have been to a couple of times in the Lakes )
