Quick help needed anyone who works for a train company

Hi I’ve had my purse and bag stolen today and it had train tickets for our holiday on Tuesday. They are with virgin if that helps. Is there anything I can do so we can still go?

You prob need to phone virgin and see what they can do for you.

Did you book them online? Do you still have a paper/email trail of you booking them? Call Virgin Train customer services or tweet them.
