What to take to hospital

In for 4 nights after leg op. What have I forgotten to pack?

Headphones, toothbrush, charger with super long cable, hairbrush, deodorant, knickers with very wide leg holes, cooling gel patches, snacks, ear plugs, light dressing gown.

Wow! Thanks for the link. Forgot loads, including wet wipes and a backpack handbag in case I want to try to visit the cafe.

Torn about the snacks as I do need to lose some weight!

Depending on the hospital I haven’t found weight a problem due to low quality food. I suppose if you are going to be resting a lot when you get out may be more of an issue.

Ear plugs and eye mask are my highest priority because it’s usually bright and loud!

I wouldn’t stress about your weight at this point, plenty of time to deal with it post-op.

Lip balm because the air con could make your lips dry.
