Who's the artist?

I've inherited a painting (by which I mean my parents, being very much alive, don't want it).

Obviously worth a fortune but can anyone help identify the artist? I'd prefer to know sooner rather than later if I don't need to bother my arse with work on Monday...

All I know is that it might be of Paris and was left behind when previous owners vacated a factory.

It's probs Picasso, right?

I suspect not, sadly! I've tried googling various of my interpretations of the signature, but no luck.

It's lovely! I haven't a clue who painted it, I hope someone else does. Or you could ask an art dealer.

In the meantime enjoy a fine piece of impressionism.
