Any tips please?
It hasn’t been that long since we split up, about 4 weeks. I still miss him and still have feelings for him but he doesn’t feel the same so I need to get over it. I haven’t told him how I still feel, I’m trying to keep things civil and polite. I have to see him a couple of times a week, he takes over the shift from me so I can’t avoid him. How can I stop myself from wanting him still every time I see him?
